SHIPPING

Every frame is handmade to order in Phoenix, Arizona. Please allow up to 30 days from purchase for delivery.

Shipping within the United States is free. It is included in the price. International orders pay a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are not included and are paid by the buyer. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your frame ships.

If your frame arrives damaged, email contact@themutedcollection.com with a photo of the frame and the box, and we will repair or replace it at no cost.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Each frame is built for your order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your frame arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will repair or replace it. Email contact@themutedcollection.com and we will make it right.

PRIVACY

The Muted Collection is operated by SIXSEVEN LLC, Phoenix, Arizona.

What we collect: your name, email, shipping address and order details when you buy; your email when you join our list; and basic site analytics such as pages visited and device type.

How we use it: to fill your order, send order updates, answer your questions and, if you signed up, email you about new art drops. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Who we share it with: only the services that run the store, which are our website host, payment processor, email provider and shipping carrier. We never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your information.

Your choices: email contact@themutedcollection.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Cookies: the site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to measure traffic.
